Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you use the Resworb Solutions website, send us an enquiry or apply for a job, and how our projects and products are agreed.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

The short version

  • This website explains what we do. Nothing on it is a binding offer or a final price.
  • Every project is agreed in a written proposal or agreement before work starts, and that document takes priority over these terms.
  • Unless your agreement says otherwise, the custom software we build for you, and your data, belong to you once the work is paid for.
  • Our products, Om Kosh, Levart, Trela, Redart, have their own terms on their own websites.

1.About these terms

This website, resworbsolutions.com, is run by Resworb Stack LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India and trading as Resworb Solutions (“Resworb Solutions”, “we”, “us”), Office no. 421, Haware Intelligentia Business Park, Sector 24, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

If you use the website or send us an enquiry on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it. When you sign a proposal or agreement with us, or subscribe to one of our products, that document governs the work or the subscription. Where it differs from these terms, it takes priority.

2.What we do

We help small and growing businesses go digital in three ways:

  • Custom software: business management and ERP systems, billing and GST invoicing, inventory, CRM, bookings and field-staff apps, built around how a client’s business works.
  • SaaS products: Om Kosh (festival fund & contribution software), Levart (travel agency management platform), Trela (workforce operations platform for agencies), Redart (billing and accounts for commodity traders).
  • IT services: Website Development, Web App Development, Mobile Development, E-commerce Development, UI/UX Services, Quality Assurance, Search Engine Optimisation, Enterprise IT Solutions.

We describe these services in good faith, but the details on this website are general and may change.

3.Quotes, proposals and estimates

When you send us an enquiry, we usually reply with a suggested plan, a timeline and a rough cost, free of charge. These are estimates based on what you have told us. They are not offers and don’t commit either of us.

A project only starts once we have both agreed a written proposal or agreement. It sets out the scope, price, payment stages, timeline, ownership and support. Prices and timelines on this website or in early conversations are indicative until then.

4.How our projects work

Unless your signed proposal or agreement says otherwise, these principles apply to custom software and IT service projects:

  • Scope and changes. We agree what is included in writing. If you want to add or change something, we agree it in writing first, along with any effect on price or timeline.
  • Payment in stages. You pay in stages as work is delivered. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work after giving you notice, and agreed dates move by the length of the pause.
  • Ownership. Once the related work is paid for, the custom software we write for you belongs to you, including its source code, designs and documentation. Your data always belongs to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and give you a licence to use them as part of your software. Open-source components stay under their own licences.
  • Confidentiality. We keep your business information and data confidential, and only use them to do the work. We only name you as a client or show your logo with your agreement.
  • Support. Every project includes an agreed free support period, during which we fix defects that stop the software working as agreed. After that, we offer an optional support plan.
  • Your part. You give us timely access to the information, people, systems and feedback we need. Delays on either side may move the timeline.

5.Our SaaS products

Om Kosh, Levart, Trela and Redart are our own products. Using them is governed by the terms, pricing and privacy policy on each product’s website and in your subscription, not by these terms.

Asking for a demo through this website doesn’t create a subscription or any obligation. Features we add on request for a subscriber are agreed separately in writing.

6.Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes. Please don’t:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to it, our servers or our email service;
  • disrupt it, overload it, or upload viruses or other harmful files, including through the CV upload;

  • submit false information, or someone else’s details without their permission;
  • copy or reuse our content to mislead people about who you are or who we are.

We may block access or ignore submissions that break these rules.

7.Forms and job applications

When you send an enquiry, demo request or job application, please make sure the information is accurate and yours to share. Sending a form doesn’t create a client relationship, a contract or an offer of employment.

When you upload a CV, you confirm that it is yours and accurate. We use it only to consider you for roles at Resworb Solutions, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Recruitment fraud warning. Resworb Solutions never asks candidates to pay any fee for applications, interviews, training or offers.
