How Resworb Solutions collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website, send us an enquiry or apply for a job.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
The short version
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- We only collect what you type into our forms: an enquiry, a demo request or a job application with your CV.
- Submissions are emailed to our team. We use them to reply to you, and nothing else. We never sell your data or add you to a marketing list.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data. Email admin@resworbsolutions.com.
1.Who we are
This website, resworbsolutions.com, is run by Resworb Stack LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India and trading as Resworb Solutions (“Resworb Solutions”, “we”, “us”), Office no. 421, Haware Intelligentia Business Park, Sector 24, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703. We build custom software for businesses, run our own software products (Om Kosh, Levart, Trela, Redart) and provide IT services.
For personal data collected through this website, we decide why and how it is used. Under Indian law, that makes us the “data fiduciary”. We handle personal data in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it as they come into force.
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover data inside our products or inside software we build or run for clients. See When we handle data for our clients.
2.Information you give us
Enquiries and demo requests
When you use the form on our Contact page, including through any “Book a Demo” button, we collect your name, work email, company, phone number (optional), the services you are interested in, your project details and, for a demo, which product you asked about.
Job applications
When you apply through our Careers page, we collect your name, email, phone number, the role you are applying for, your experience, a profile link (optional), your CV and anything else you choose to tell us.
Please don’t include sensitive details in your CV or message, such as identity document numbers, bank details, health information, religion, caste or photographs of documents. We don’t need them to consider your application.
Emails, calls, WhatsApp and meetings
If you email, call, message or meet us, we keep a record of the conversation and your contact details. The WhatsApp button on this website opens WhatsApp with a suggested message. Nothing is sent until you press send. If you do, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and messages. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy covers how it handles your messages. When we work together on a project, we also hold the business contact details of the people we work with at your company.
3.Information collected automatically
Like every web server, ours records basic technical details of each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page you came from and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site secure, stop abuse and fix problems.
No cookies, analytics or trackers. This website does not set cookies, and it runs no analytics, advertising, social-media or tracking tools. Our fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting a page does not send your details to anyone else.
Some links take you to other websites or apps, such as our product sites, Google Maps and WhatsApp. Once you follow one, that website’s own privacy policy applies. If we ever add analytics or cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4.How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a plan, timeline, rough cost, proposal or product demo.
- To consider your job application and contact you about it.
- To send you an email confirming we received your submission.
- To deliver and support projects and products you have engaged us for.
- To keep this website secure and free of spam, for example by checking uploaded CV files and filtering automated submissions.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We don’t use your information for advertising, we don’t sell it, and filling in a form doesn’t add you to a mailing list.
5.Your consent
When you submit a form, you agree to us using the information for the purpose of that form: replying to your enquiry or demo request, or considering your job application. Some processing is also allowed without separate consent, for example where you have voluntarily given us information for a specific purpose, or where the law requires us to keep records.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing admin@resworbsolutions.com. Withdrawal doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew. It may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry or continue with your application.
6.How form submissions are handled
- Each submission is emailed to our team inbox (enquiries and demo requests to admin@resworbsolutions.com, job applications to careers@resworbsolutions.com) through our own email service, which sends from our Google Workspace mailbox. You receive a confirmation email in the same way.
- We don’t keep form submissions in a separate website database. They live in our email.
- Your CV is checked to make sure it is a genuine PDF or Word file of up to 5 MB. It is attached to the email to our careers inbox and is not saved on our web server.
- Our email service keeps a short delivery log so we can trace problems: the time, the delivery status and the email subject, with recipient addresses masked.
- If an email can’t be delivered, a copy of the submission is written to our secured server log so your request isn’t lost.
8.Where your data is stored
Our servers and service providers may store data in India or in other countries. For example, Google may process email in data centres outside India. We only transfer data outside India as Indian law allows. We do not transfer it to any country the Government of India has restricted.
9.How long we keep it
- Enquiries and demo requests: for as long as we are in touch about them. If an enquiry doesn’t lead to work, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact.
- Client records: for the length of our working relationship, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or company law requires.
- Job applications: if you aren’t hired, we keep your application and CV for 12 months so we can contact you about future roles, then delete them. Ask and we will delete them sooner. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employee record.
- Server and email delivery logs: normally no longer than 90 days, unless we need them to investigate a security problem.
10.How we protect it
We use reasonable security practices to protect personal data. These include HTTPS encryption for every page and form, servers that only authorised staff can access, a private, key-protected connection between our website and email service, and access to inboxes limited to the people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach happens, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and the people affected as the law requires.
11.Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent;
- let someone you nominate exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to;
- deal with a complaint about how we have handled your data.
Email admin@resworbsolutions.com from the address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within 30 days. If you aren’t satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Please give us accurate information, and only submit details that are yours or that you are allowed to share.
12.Children
Our services are for businesses, and our jobs are for adults. This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13.When we handle data for our clients
Our products (Om Kosh at omkosh.co.in, Levart at levart.co.in, Trela at thetrela.co.in, Redart at redart.co.in) and the custom software we build or run for clients hold data that belongs to our clients and their own customers, members or staff. For that data, we act only on our client’s instructions, under our agreement with them. Under Indian law, that makes us their “data processor”.
If your details are held in one of these systems, the business that uses it decides how your data is used, so please contact them first. We will help them answer your request. Each product also publishes its own privacy policy on its website.
14.Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices or the law change, and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
15.Contact and Grievance Officer
